We wouldn’t be able to make a difference for patients without the continued support from our incredible partners.
Anthony Nolan is a key member of the Blood Cancer Alliance, which is a group of fifteen UK charities. Together, we are working to tackle the key issues blood cancer patients face, and improve the experience and outcomes of those living with blood cancer.
The Blood Cancer Dashboard has been developed in collaboration with pharmaceutical company Janssen and the Blood Cancer Alliance, to help improve services and achieve the aims set out in the NHS’s Long Term Plan. Bringing together existing data on blood cancer, it allows the user to make comparison between both Cancer Alliances and the four most common cancers included in the existing NHSE and PHE dashboard.
We work alongside nearly 100 other organisations as part of Cancer 52, an alliance of bodies addressing inequalities in service provision. This is because, though 55% of UK cancer deaths are caused by rare and less common cancers, treatment for these cancers remain severely underrepresented and under-funded.
Children and Young People with Cancer Coalition (CYCC)
We also work in partnership with The Children and Young People with Cancer Coalition (CYCC). CYCC aims to improve services for children and young people with cancer by speaking up on issues that matter to them, having a unified voice and supporting each other.
