You could save the life of someone like Elijah.
After eighteen months of being in and out of hospital, Elijah has recently been diagnosed with several conditions: a rare genetic mutation known as CBL, Noonan Syndrome, and JMML (juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia) - a rare type of blood cancer.
Doctors have said that Elijah urgently needs a stem cell transplant to treat the JMML.
Our consultant said that what Elijah has they see maybe once every three to five years in Wales. They even said to us that Elijah’s diagnosis has brought more questions than answers. People ask me what’s wrong with Elijah and sometimes even I struggle to explain it.
Elijah’s mum Chloe recalls the moment they were told about their son’s incredibly rare diagnosis
