The Unity employee network group are passionate about being a voice for ethnic diversity and equality at NEXT. To ensure that they are continually achieving this, the group have designed a community to create an open and safe space for education, discussion and celebration of employees from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds across the business.

The 'tiny but mighty' baby sleepsuit
We have collaborated with NEXT on a baby’s sleepsuit with the slogan ‘tiny but mighty’ to highlight how babies can have a huge impact on the lives of people with blood cancers and blood disorders.
