Challenge yourself to take on 26.2 miles throughout February, and whether you walk, jog, run or roll, you'll be helping to save the lives of people affected by blood cancer and blood disorders.

Not only will you be helping patients and their families, but you’ll also be doing something amazing for yourself. This challenge is the perfect way to take some time for yourself in February and we'll support you every step of the way.

How does it work?

  1. Sign up now by filling in a quick registration form.
  2. We'll send you a FREE Anthony Nolan T-shirt to wear as you take on the challenge and your own distance tracker to log your progress.
  3. Raise as much as you can to help save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders, and the first 100 people to raise over £25 on their fundraising page will also receive an Anthony Nolan drawstring bag to carry all your essentials as you clock up your miles.
  4. Complete 26.2 miles in February - walk, jog, run or roll!

Why sign up?

You'll be raising money to help make lifesaving connections between donors and the patients who desperately need them. Every £40 you raise could add a new potential lifesaving donor to the Anthony Nolan register, helping more people to get a second chance of life.

How do I sign up?

Click here and fill in the quick registration form. Here you can request your free Anthony Nolan T-shirt and set up your fundraising page.

What do I need to do?

Fill in the registration form and we’ll send you a welcome pack including your Anthony Nolan t-shirt and postcard tracker to keep track of your miles throughout the month. The goal is to run 26.2 miles in February, so bundle up, do your stretches, and hit the road! Share your fundraising page with family and friends to let them know you’re participating.

How do I get my T-shirt?

After you’ve signed up, we'll send you your exclusive cotton Anthony Nolan T-shirt to wear while you complete the challenge. It can take up to 10 working days for your T-shirt to reach you after you sign up, but please email us on community@anthonynolan.org if it doesn’t arrive.

If you’re one of the first 100 people to raise £25 on your fundraiser, we’ll send you an Anthony Nolan drawstring bag. Please note that if you're fundraising as part of a team, each group member will need to have raised £25 to be able to claim their bag.
The bag will be sent to you automatically after you've reached £25 and may take 10 days to reach you.

How do I get T-shirts for my team members?

Feel free to email us on community@anthonynolan.org and our friendly team will be more than happy to help. Don’t forget to include your size preferences! You should have the additional T-shirts with you within 10 working days.

How should I complete my miles?

You can take on 26.2 miles however it suits you best, whether that’s running, walking, jogging or rolling. It’s your challenge, so feel free to adapt it. The main goal is to raise whatever you can to help fund Anthony Nolan’s lifesaving work.

Anthony Nolan saves and improves the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders. We do this by making lifesaving connections between patients and incredible strangers ready to donate their stem cells, funding groundbreaking research that could transform the future for more patients, and providing the best experience for every patient before, during and after transplant.

Who can take part?

Anyone! You can take on the challenge however it suits you best, whether you run alone or with friends. Complete your Run 26.2 Miles in February your way and help to save lives. If you’re under 18, you must take part with a parent or guardian.

How does my money make a difference?

Your money goes a long way in helping us save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders. £40 could add a new potential stem cell donor onto our register. And don’t forget, you get your very own Anthony Nolan drawstring bag if you’re one of the first 100 people to hit the £25 fundraising target!

When do fundraising pages close?
