Where we are
John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, OX3 9BQ
Medical and PBSC are performed in the same unit/location - the Therapeutic Apheresis Service - which is located to the side of the main Blood Donor Centre and is clearly sign-posted from the blood centre car park. When you reach the entrance, use the intercom system and a member of staff will come and meet you.
The John Radcliffe Hospital is a big site and can be quite confusing so always look out for the signs for the Blood Donor Centre/NHSBT, then as you get closer you should see signs for the Therapeutic Apheresis Unit. If you can’t find it please call the Unit on 01865 387 938 and they can give directions over the phone.
If coming by car, park at the rear of the blood centre in the red marked parking bays and be sure to ask for a parking permit for the day/duration.
Here is a link to a site map of the hospital to help you find your way.
